The hotel rooms are massive and beautiful with plenty of free water and fresh fruits provided daily, but there was a bit of a smell initially. The service, including interactions with Roxanne, Melvin, Benilda, and Kevin, was very friendly and professional. The location, a short drive from the airport in the Kotai area and near the city of dreams, is tranquil and convenient with access to nearby attractions and entertainment options. The dining experience was cozy and of good quality. The facilities offered are modern and well-maintained.

The staff were amazing, especially Andree Marturillas from housekeeping, always attentive to my needs. The location was perfect, at the heart of the Kotai Area inside the exciting city of dreams.
